Delivery & Revisions
We deliver the initial draft to you for review. Your feedback is paramount as we work closely with you to refine and perfect the design. Launch and Support
Once the design is finalized and approved, we proceed with the launch phase. Our team of experts ensures a smooth transition from development to the live website. How long does the onboarding process take, and what does it involve?
Maximum of 30 minutes. In the onboarding call, we will discuss the scope of service, step by step process of navigating on Hello Bonsai, business hours and other important notes you can expect from working with us.

How long does it take to complete a project?
It depends on how heavy the workload is. The account manager who tells you the average timeline before we start the project. Schedule a call now to see how many hours we can help you build your project.

There is an additional fee for additional marketing material.
How many revisions can I get?
Typically, we provide two to three rounds of revisions, but we can offer more if needed. Our goal is to work with you to make sure that you’re happy with the end result, so we’re happy to discuss additional revisions if necessary. We also offer clear communication channels throughout the entire process to ensure that we’re meeting your needs and making the necessary changes to your project.
