The Story

The team at Haitians Who Blog (HWB) enlisted us to help re-organize and re-energize its popular lifestyle content website, with a fresh, modern look designed to incentivize user engagement and encourage two-way sharing of latest pop culture and new ideas.

We started with in-depth interviews of site users and collaborators inside and outside the organization, leveraging their feedback to evolve the site’s content structure and retool the site’s navigation and search features to help visitors quickly find (and share) relevant information. The re-launched site is decorated with compelling colors and eye-catching imagery that compels visitors to explore.

Sub-brand of Haitians Who Blog dedicated to women

The brand and all touchpoints were shaped with input from community supporters and email list subscribers who wanted to see brand growth.
